Walking Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Doritos (any flavor you prefer)

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

  • Sour cream

  • Salsa (optional)

  • Guacamole (optional)

  • Jalapeños (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add the taco seasoning mix to the cooked meat according to the instructions on the packet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  3. While the meat is cooking, prepare your toppings. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and any other desired toppings.

  4. Open the bag of Doritos and crush the chips slightly while still inside the bag. This will create a base for your walking taco.
